Terms of Use
These terms apply when you visit the V2Ray Client Download Center, read client guides and configuration tutorials, or use the download links listed here. Please review the scope and limitations below before using this content.
1. Site Purpose and Scope of Materials
This site provides download links, installation guides, and configuration information for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG for educational purposes only. It is an independent Chinese-language resource site, not affiliated with the developers of these clients. It does not provide proxy servers, subscription accounts, or network connectivity services.
Menu labels, protocol descriptions, and settings examples in our guides are based on specific client interfaces. Software updates, differences between operating systems, or changes to the runtime environment may make some steps outdated. Before following a guide, check the interface of your client and the project's documentation. Do not treat examples as production-ready configurations.
2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you live and where you use the software, as well as the rules of your organization, network operator, and any services you access. You must not use materials from this site or related software for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized system access, data theft, invasion of privacy, or cyberattacks.
You are responsible for confirming that you are authorized to use your devices, network, and service accounts, and for any subscription URLs, server settings, or imported content you provide. Save your existing settings before changing system proxy, routing, or DNS settings. Get permission from the administrator before making changes on shared or work devices. Nothing in our guides proves that any particular use is legally authorized.
3. Open-Source Software and Third-Party Services
The relevant open-source projects provide and determine the features, license terms, release schedules, and maintenance status of their software. Our download information and links do not mean that we participate in software development, nor do they guarantee the contents of any release or the availability of third-party services.
Whether a client can connect depends on factors such as the local system, network environment, server configuration, and service being used. We do not sell subscriptions or take part in transactions between users and service providers. We cannot restore third-party accounts, process refunds, or guarantee that a subscription will remain active. Contact the relevant service provider about these matters and follow its policies.
4. Risks and Limits of Liability
We aim to keep our materials clear and accurate, but do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, up to date, or suitable for every device or environment. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted access to this site or its download links. Installing or updating software, importing configurations, or changing network settings may affect existing apps and connections. Understand the potential impact before proceeding.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for connection interruptions, lost configurations, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of these materials, open-source software, or third-party services. Back up important data and keep your account details secure. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects rights you have under applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property and Information Protection
The names, marks, code, and documentation for V2Ray, V2Fly, Xray, and each client belong to their respective rights holders. Use, modification, and distribution of open-source code are subject to the licenses of the relevant projects and included components. Our coverage of software does not grant any additional rights. When quoting original material from this site, credit the source and do not present it as an official statement from a project.
Subscription links, connection settings, and runtime logs may contain account or device information. Do not disclose this information on public pages or in feedback. Remove sensitive details before sharing troubleshooting materials. For details about how this site handles information, read our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to These Terms and Usage Guidance
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to our content or features, or to meet legal requirements. Revisions will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. We will post a notice on relevant pages if important usage conditions change. Unless stated otherwise, revisions apply to use after publication and do not retroactively change existing legal rights.
If you do not accept the revised terms, stop using the relevant features. For questions about using the software or checking information, see our configuration guide and its troubleshooting notes. When reporting a discrepancy, include the client name, steps taken, and the error message with any sensitive information removed.
